Our Pastor

My name is Jordan Pilgrim, and I’m excited to share some of my journey with you as we begin a new chapter of our lives with Valley Road Church

My wife, Elisabeth, and I have been married for over 17 years and have three wonderful children: Selah (16), Amali (13) and Eli (11). Our daughters were born in England, and our son was born in Kamloops. 

As we have journeyed as a family over the past few years, it has become clear that now is the time to plant a church in Kelowna that recognizes the beauty of Jesus in each person we meet. My wife, Kids, and I are excited to see what the future holds as we move forward, following the direction of the spirit. 

My path in full-time ministry spans 17 years, from serving as a youth pastor in England to various roles in Canadian churches, including youth pastor, campus pastor and associate pastor.

The calling we know deep in our hearts is a call to a Christ-centred church that embraces conversation and compassion while doing our best to follow where God is leading. My heart beats for a community church centred on Jesus' teachings that are relevant and impact its members and the surrounding neighbourhood with the core messages of Jesus.
